Reduce your bills and carbon footprint

Our homes cause a quarter of all CO2 emissions in the UK, with windows accounting for 23% of a homes total heat loss. One of the most effective ways to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions is by installing Energy Efficient Recommended windows, which will reduce your CO2 emissions, helping you save both money and the environment.

Are your windows energy efficient?

The window energy rating scheme introduced by the British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) is similar to that applied to domestic appliances. Tested products display ratings that are graded A to G, with A the most efficient and G the least. At Worthing Glass our wide range of products are all A-C Energy Rated, meaning they're fully endorsed under the Energy Saving Recommendation scheme, allowing us to proudly display the trust's logo, assuring you that we've passed all energy efficiency tests.

Protecting the natural environment

Our PVCu manufacturers, Emplas, are continually working on reducing waste and providing a better, cleaner service for its customers. All their products are manufactured using recycled and recyclable materials and components. And with rare access to a full UK-based PVCu recycling facility, it's no surprise that the company is involved in some of the largest PVCu recycling schemes in the UK.

One such product unique to Emplas is RCM (Recycled Composite Material). RCM is a frame re-inforcement made from recycled waste PVCu which is actually stronger than steel and has a higher thermal efficiency.
